The short answer is no, you do not need to be a coach or deliver the coaching program. However, you will still be required to attend all aspects of training and have a plan in place to secure coaches who will deliver the program to the level expected. We don’t just look for coaches as partners. We look for someone who has a strong ability to build relationships, is confident, loves working with kids and is a hard worker.
